This website provides information about ENVI STUDIO, our services, portfolio and availability. You may browse and share links to the website, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, ENVI STUDIO owns or licences the content displayed on this website. SERVICES AND PRICING

We aim to keep our services, packages and pricing accurate. However, availability, deliverables, timelines and starting prices may change. Any price shown as “starting from” is a guide and not a final quotation.

CLIENT ENQUIRIES

Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. A project is confirmed only after the proposal has been accepted, the client agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been paid. The signed agreement will confirm the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revision rounds, timeline, cancellation terms and usage rights. If the signed agreement differs from these website terms, the signed agreement will apply to that project.

PAYMENTS AND FINAL FILES

Payments must follow the schedule stated in the proposal, invoice or client agreement. ENVI STUDIO may pause work if a payment becomes overdue. Final files and usage rights will be provided only after full payment. Editable or source files are included only when they are listed as deliverables.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must review all content before approving a design. This includes names, spelling, contact details, prices, product information, ingredients, measurements, claims, warnings and legal information. ENVI STUDIO provides creative services and does not provide legal, accounting, trademark or regulatory advice.

PORTFOLIO WORK

The work shown in our portfolio is protected by copyright. You may not copy, recreate or use it without permission from ENVI STUDIO and, where relevant, the client.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may link to external platforms or services. ENVI STUDIO does not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ENVI STUDIO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
