Each service can work independently, but the strongest results usually come from combining them into one complete brand experience. Individual services may also be available depending on the project scope and the studio’s schedule.

How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines depend on the scope, number of deliverables, and the level of development required. A logo project usually takes around 4 to 10 business days, while complete brand identity and packaging projects may take several weeks. Larger projects involving multiple applications, product ranges, or website design require a longer timeline. A detailed schedule will always be provided before the project begins.

What is my involvement in the process?
Your input is an important part of the process. At the beginning of the project, you will be asked to share information about your business, audience, goals, and visual direction. From there, ENVI STUDIO leads the creative process and presents each stage clearly for your review. Your feedback helps refine the direction while keeping the final result strategic, cohesive, and aligned with your vision.

How many concepts and revisions are included?
The number of concepts and revision rounds depends on the service selected and will be clearly outlined in your proposal. Logo projects typically include two initial concepts and up to three revision rounds. Most additional design services include two revision rounds per deliverable or project stage. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

INVESTMENT & PARNTERSHIP

What is the investment for a project?
Every project is thoughtfully quoted according to its scope, complexity, strategic depth, and required deliverables. ENVI STUDIO does not use a one-size-fits-all approach, as each brand requires a different level of creative development and support. Following your enquiry, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended direction, deliverables, timeline, process, and full investment.

What does your payment structure look like?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and reserve your place in the studio schedule. The remaining investment is divided across clearly defined project milestones. The exact payment structure is outlined in your proposal, allowing the process to remain organised and transparent from beginning to end. Final files are released once the project balance has been completed.

Who is the ideal client for ENVI Studio?

What is the first step to working together?
The first step is to complete our project enquiry form with as much detail as possible about your business, goals, preferred services, timeline, and overall vision. You can also contact ENVI STUDIO directly by email if you would prefer to introduce your project personally or are unsure which service is the right fit. Every enquiry is carefully reviewed, and selected projects may be invited to a complimentary consultation call to discuss the scope, creative direction, and next steps.

What should I have prepared for our consultation call?
You do not need to have everything fully defined. It is helpful to share a clear overview of your business, what you would like to achieve, the services you are considering, your preferred launch timeline, and any relevant visual references. The more context you provide, the more accurately ENVI STUDIO can recommend the right direction, scope, and creative approach for your brand.

When can I expect a response?
Emails and project enquiries can be sent at any time and will be received throughout the working day. ENVI STUDIO’s designated communication hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00 and 18:00–20:00, Greece time. Replies are typically sent during these hours, allowing the rest of the day to remain focused on active client projects and creative work. Messages received on weekends or public holidays will be answered during the next available communication window or the next working day.
